Re-opened in summer 2009 after major renewal, this fenced area now has play equipment to appeal to youngsters of all ages, and modern safety surfaces throughout. Equipment includes fixed and rotating climbers, full-size and toddler swings, slides, a see-saw and springies. There is open public access at all times.

Funding for this facility came from Mid Suffolk District Council, Rickinghall Parish Council and our County Councillor's Locality Budget, as well as from many local residents, organisations and businesses - a real community effort for a much-used community facility.

Available for hire. This facility, with a quality porous macadam surface properly coloured and marked out for multisports use, is regularly hired by a number of five-a-side football teams, hosts league netball every week during the season, and can also be hired for tennis during summer months. Floodlighting is available at modest cost.

Bookings should be arranged through Mr Monty Cornell on 07747 846605.

Renovated during 2011 and 2012, this separately fenced facility for skateboards, small wheel scooters and BMX-type bikes also has open public access.

Open to the public for all reasonable and legal recreational purposes, except that dogs are not permitted for obvious reasons of health and hygiene, and golf practice is not permitted for safety reasons.

Soccer pitches are marked out in the season for use by local teams of various ages.

Changing rooms are available for both home and away teams where appropriate.

Toilet facilities with access at all times are also normally available.
