Rickinghall WI and Rickinghall Village Hall Management Committee have combined their energies to provide a defibrillator for public use.  At a cost of some £2,000, more or less equally divided between the two organisations, the equipment is housed in a safe on the South wall of the village hall, close to the main entrance.
If anyone collapses, helpers should immediately dial 999. If the emergency operator considers that a  defibrillator will be of use they will issue the access code for the keypad securing the safe.
